I started my Christmas Eve morning with an intense workout with my 21 year old gym partner, Victor Carrillo. He inspires me. He keeps me feeling young. Lifting weights, spinning and swinging kettlebells. We do it all.
Age is But a Number. Your attitude is key.
Your personality can be a factor in determining your mental state of being and contribute to your aging process. If you live your life continuously angry and feel hatred towards others, that will attribute to having a negative attitude, having negative thoughts and can lead to possible health issues and premature aging.
Change your attitude and your outlook towards life.
If you strive to maintain a positive attitude you will be less likely to show signs of aging, you will less likely to become frail and are more likely to be stronger and healthier than those that have a negative attitude.
Look at what you can bring to the world instead of focusing on your needs, your wants and your desires. Be of service and use your experience to inspire others. You have a treasure chest of wisdom to give away.
