Be at Peace with Yourself

Do it all! Meditate, Pray and be Grateful.

Meditation helps with anxiety, stress and depression. It will open your heart and make you more aware. Prayer will bring you peace and tranquility. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

Be forever grateful. Simply sit where you won’t be disturbed and think of everything you have. Don’t take things for granted. Thank the God of your understanding that you appreciate all the blessings you have received.

Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
